How My Commission Process Works
Share your idea — Tell me about what you are hoping to create (idea, subject matter, medium, etc.)
Quick consultation — We discuss details like size, materials, pricing and payment options, and timeline. This can be done by filling out a form (for pet portraits only), by email, or over Zoom.
Concept sketch (upon request) — I can create a sketch for your approval before starting the final piece.
Painting time! — Your artwork comes to life in my Seattle studio, or on-location for murals/public art.
Delivery — You can choose between pickup, local drop-off, or shipping for physical artworks, or I will send files over for digital illustrations. Please note, I ask clients to cover shipping costs if that option is chosen.
Custom art is one of my favorite ways to connect with people, and I’d love to create something special for you!
If you have an idea beyond what is listed below, feel free to reach out since I’m always open to other ideas. For example, I could make custom hand-painted earrings, gouache paintings, personalized birthday cards, and more.
MURALS
Let’s bring a new life to your space! Whether you’re looking to create a serene environment, add a bright pop of color, or capture a specific vision, I tailor each mural to reflect your ideas while infusing it with my artistic flair. I can do indoor murals, outdoor murals, or window paintings.
I use high-quality paint that perfectly suits the location and your needs, and charge approximately $10-15 per square foot depending on the complexity of the piece and what surface it is being applied to. PAINTINGS
Let’s collaborate to create a painting that resonates with you and transforms your space! I welcome the opportunity and challenge to bring nearly any subject you envision to life. I particularly love doing pet portraits, but I am open to many other kinds of subjects as well.
I love to work in a semi-realistic style for paintings using professional-quality acrylic paint. Prices for custom paintings start at $250 for smaller canvases (around 8”x8”) up to $500+ for larger canvases (around 16”x20”), with the final cost depending on both the size and complexity of the piece.
