Processing Time

Standard orders through our Shop are typically processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Custom or commissioned items require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you directly via email. Typically, this is around 1 month to complete the finished piece, but this can vary depending on the subject matter and size of the project. Email me at drewdostdraws@gmail.com to get a quote and estimated completion date.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for standard orders are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for custom and commissioned orders are quoted directly to customers via email during the commission inquiry process.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. If an issue arises, we are happy to assist you in contacting the carrier when possible.

Non-Custom Items

For non-custom, non-commissioned items:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Custom & Commissioned Items

Because custom and commissioned items are created specifically for you:

  • Estimated completion dates are approximate, and although we will do our best to complete orders by the date given, other factors may come up that could delay the completion of the product. Any delays will be communicated directly with you via email.

  • Custom and commissioned items are not eligible for full refunds.

  • If a custom or commissioned item arrives damaged or defective, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage or defect so we can evaluate the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation as fairly as possible. This may include a full or partial refund, an exchange, or instructions on how to fix the issue, if applicable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at drewdostdraws@gmail.com before returning any item to discuss available options.
